Each piece is carefully packaged. Orders are processed within 7 days – once your order is on its way you'll receive a confirmation email.

Shipping costs within Aotearoa - flat rate NZ$12

For certain large or delicate pieces, I may specify pick-up only from my Titirangi showroom.

If you live outside Aotearoa and would like to purchase one of my wares, please send me a message to discuss international shipping options.

 RETURNS

If your piece arrives damaged, please send a photo within 2 days of receipt and we can arrange a refund or exchange.

Each piece is handmade — irregularities are part of the aesthetic and the elemental nature of wood firing.
